I am a clinical psychologist with more than 35 years of experience in helping individuals, couples, and families create healthier, happier, and more satisfying lives. My work with clients is grounded in the belief that all persons have the resources to meet their challenges and find solutions to their problems. Being solution-oriented, I help my clients to identify, appreciate, and use their strengths to improve the quality of their lives. Many learn the use of mindfulness meditation as a way to live more fully in the present moment. I rejoice in the privilege of witnessing clients grow in mind, body, and spirit and in seeing them discover that they can find joy, meaning, and purpose of life, sometimes even in the midst of suffering.
