I am a graduate of Loyola College of Maryland and began my clinical career in 1991. My decision to practice as a psychotherapist in a Pastoral Counseling setting is guided by my belief in and respect for the integration of Psychology and spirituality in the development and unfolding of the whole person.

My work reaches a broad base of the adult population.  Treatment issues include depression and anxiety, life transitions, workplace stress and relationship issues experienced by individuals, families and couples. I utilize psychodynamic, person-centered, and cognitive approaches in my response to the issues presented by clients.

In addition to my clinical work, I present seminars, workshops, and retreats in faith communities and corporate/business venues. In this way, I believe I continue to foster in the macrocosm of the wider community the “environmental and personal changes" available in the microcosm of a therapy session/process.
